Product Description:
The His-tag is a fusion tag consisting of six histidine residues, widely used for the detection and purification of fusion proteins. Advantages of the His-tag include: small molecular weight that generally does not affect target protein function; strong binding affinity between histidine and immobilized nickel, allowing His-tagged proteins to be purified using Ni columns even under denaturing conditions. Our His antibody is a highly purified monoclonal antibody that specifically recognizes His sequences at the N-terminus and C-terminus of fusion proteins.
Notes:
1.Use an anti-mouse secondary antibody, e.g., Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L)-HRP (SLS-KY3001).
2.Determine the optimal antibody dilution for your specific experiment.
