The HA-tag is a 9-amino-acid polypeptide derived from the hemagglutinin surface epitope of influenza virus. It has minimal impact on the structure and function of target proteins and can be easily cloned to the N-terminus and C-terminus of fusion proteins, making it widely used. Our HA antibody is a high-purity affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody that specifically recognizes HA-tag sequences at the N-terminus, C-terminus, and internal positions of fusion proteins.
