Product Description:
AVI-tag is a 15-amino acid short peptide tag. It can be biotinylated at the lysine residue by biotin ligase in vitro and in vivo, thus achieving protein biotinylation. Avidin and streptavidin can specifically bind to biotin. Based on these reactions, AVI-tag is widely used for protein immobilization, purification and detection. The AVI antibody produced by our company is a highly purified monoclonal antibody that can specifically recognize the AVI polypeptide sequence in fusion proteins with high specificity.
Notes:
1.Please use anti-mouse secondary antibody, e.g., Goat anti-Mouse IgG(H+L)-HRP (SLS-KY3001).
2.Determine the optimal antibody dilution according to experimental conditions.
